Becoming Part of the PHE Wholesale Team

If you are interested in taking your business to the next level and becoming an approved broker with PHE Wholesale, your first step is to email us at tpo@peopleshomeequity.com.

Our partners are a reflection of the quality and integrity of our own business. To ensure we are forming relationships with brokers and companies whose standards and ethics align with our own, we require every applicant to meet with a PHE Mortgage sales professional. We do not approve brokers without this interaction.

We use Comergence as our broker approval partner, and once we have had the initial required meeting, you can follow the link below to submit your application.

 

 

 Required Documents:

  • Completed Broker application
  • Broker agreement
  • Balance sheet signed by a principal, dated within 90 days of application
  • Articles of incorporation or organization
  • DBA registration for fictitious name filing for all DBAs to be used
  • Resumes for broker and/or principals with more than 10% ownership
  • Quality control plan or policy
  • W‐9 form
  • Residential mortgage loan origination agreement
  • Company/corporate resolution
  • Broker compensation selection form
  • Broker fee election form
  • Fair lending acknowledgement form
  • FHA/VA sponsorship form, if applicable
  • Lender references (2 minimum)
